Our services
SSRG is a non profit making organisation created and run by professional bodies with the purpose of adding value to the IT customer/supplier relationship.
We have created this vehicle to improve the strategic relationships between the customers and the suppliers of IT products and services. The result will be a higher quality of business relationship for all through excellent, mutual understanding of the effects of changes in customers’ demands and in suppliers’ proposed product and services delivery.
Customers experience issues while developing plans for the future that involve the use of IT products and services. Driven by its member organisations, SSRG will engage the IT suppliers in frank discussions designed to deliver the most trustworthy quality of expectations for all.
SSRG provides the means for suppliers to reach reliable, powerful customer views on options in changing business plans across their products, services, licensing models or contractual terms.

The summer months may be a time when usually things slow down a little and holidays become a priority – not so within the SSRG currently!
The back office and operational resourcing needs of the SSRG are now being provided by the itSMF(a member company of the SSRG) this will enable the SSRG to focus on its core activities. Management of the SSRG website and development and delivery of SSRG events is now undertaken by the itsmf.
So – what next?
SSRG briefings, organisation is underway for two events to be held before the end of 2008.
